Start by boiling water in a small pot fill 3/4th of the way.
cut cauliflower in half, remove steams, wash and cut into florets.
Once your florets have been trimmed and washed add to boiling water for about 8-10 minutes.
Drain cooked cauliflower and add to food processor.
Add sour cream garlic powder, onion powder and salt and set your processor to puree. Blend for about 2 minutes or there are no cauliflower chunks left.
Serve in a bowl, feel free to top with paprika or another dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!!
