Ingredients

3/4 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter 

Instructions

    1. 1. Mash Banana
    1. 2. Add all ingredients to banana mash
    1. 3. Portion into 2 tbsp servings (should make 5)
    1. *Can shape in muffin container or cookie sheet
    4. Bake for 11 minutes
